Return policy

For returning your order, we kindly request you to contact us via info@tuinverlichtingswinkel.nl. You can also use the European model withdrawal form. You will then receive a return document from us by e-mail. That can be fully completed and added to the return. Return shipments with a fully completed return document can be handled faster and better by us.

Returns Package

You can return the goods, sufficiently stamped, in the original packaging, if this is reasonably possible. We request that you add a copy of the invoice / packing slip or proof of purchase and the completed cancellation form. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. The return address depends on the product you have purchased, after your notification of withdrawal you will receive the return address for your shipment from us.

After receipt of the goods, your return shipment will be processed and you will be notified of further processing. Any reimbursement of the purchase amount will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to perform the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. If the goods are returned damaged, partially consumed or used, you can be held liable for the depreciation and this will be deducted from any refund.
